We wanted to do some significant work to the exterior of our house, including a large rock wall to enclose our front yard, an expansion and redesign of our driveway, including the installation of an entry gate, the replacement of a wooden back deck with a new stone patio, and installation of large dry wells to reclaim muddy portions of Our backyard.
The team provided us with the lowest estimate and the fastest completion date. The weather did not cooperate, and we had very frequent rain during the weeks they were doing the project. Despite this, they worked incredibly fast.
They sent a large team and worked on whatever they could

They finished the project on time and on budget and stayed in touch afterward to make sure everything was working as it should.

We got our home renovated by Charles and Tiago in 2015. This was a substantial renovation of
approximately 4000 sq. foot home over 3 months and included redoing bathrooms, floors, structural changes, insulation, lighting and cabinet work. The process was extremely smooth, stress free and the quality of work was excellent. Like any other complex project, some changes or surprises came our way once the house was opened. Charles came up with very reasonable costs for such additional work and often had innovative solutions to the problems. In addition, the crew he brought along to the job were all hard working, excellent people and a
pleasure to interact with.
The team always attempted to create the best bang for the buck
and optimize the price to quality ratio i.e., trying to produce great quality without making it very
expensive. As important as the quality of the work was the peace of mind that this was a cordial

We did a major renovation to our home and after interviewing and investigating several
contractors we selected T & C Araujo Contacting. We tore off part of our house and built a 2
story addition with a crawl space for a new den, master bedroom suite, and 2 bathrooms. We
painted the whole house, upgraded the electric, and installed a generator. The sub-contractors
and their personnel were fantastic. Every team that worked on this project were professional
and courteous. From the carpenters to the electricians, plumbers, roofers, tile installers,
painters, etc., the work was performed at the highest quality.
Tiago and Charleston Araujowere totally involved every step of the way, making sure we were satisfied, and all was going according to our expectations. Together with heir on-site team of Flav and Javier, the Araujos
have become family. We could not have been more pleased. The architect who helped us had only one concern that the project was projected to be completed in 3 months. He told us to be realistic and plan for 4 months. Tiago and Charleston did not skip or skimp on anything. With their dedicated crews the job was completed on time and within budget.
Since that major renovation, we have renovated a bathroom, gutted and rebuilt our basement,
and built an office with T & C Araujo. Again, all these projects were a huge success.
I personally have recommended Tiago and Charleston to neighbors and friends and I a glad to
act as a referral.

T. C. Araujo demoed and built a new tennis pro shop and a new halfway house at Sunningdale Country Club. They did an incredible job. There was a time window for the build and the shop was open on time and under budget.
